The HR Advisor is an expert in the field of human resources and plays an advisory role for supervisors and management. He is in charge of induction, integration, evaluations, compensation and benefits, as well as the implementation and support of various human resources management programs and policies. He participates in organizational development. He is the ambassador and guardian of the company's values and ensures that practices are reflected in all areas of human resources management.


  • Is responsible for carrying out the integration plan for employees over the first twelve months, for welcoming, monitoring and coordinating with the various departments and supervisors;
  • Pilots the evaluation process of postmortems of shows, compiles the information and analyzes it with the supervisors;
  • Develops and writes job descriptions;
  • Manage departures / contract terminations / renewals / contract changes;
  • Develops and maintains good relations with the artists and supervisors of the studio by collaborating with integrity and professionalism and by establishing a climate of trust and listening;
  • Acts as an advisor and supports supervisors in the management, mobilization and development of their teams, through performance management, skills development, work climate and compensation;
  • May occasionally assist the recruiting team in few mandates;
  • Proposes and exchanges recommendations on various human resources issues within his team;
  • Keeps an eye on the work climate and labour relations in the studio;
  • Monitors and manages changes related to employee compensation and general conditions in collaboration with the payroll department;
  • Supports managers in the management of internal conflicts or HR issues related to their employees;
  • Builds, produces and updates various HR reports and documents;
  • Collaborates with the communications department for the intranet and internal events;
  • Participates and organizes specific projects with the HR team, such as HR software implementation, organizational development, policy development, etc..;
  • Ensures that health and safety standards are respected in the studio, follows up on first-aid workers' files;

Job requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of the creative community is an asset
  • comfortable with the Google Suite
  • Oral and written bilingualism
