Your main responsibilities
Receive your mandate from the Producer and review all project specifics, including commitments made by Squeeze to the client as outlined in the contract appendix.
Propose a project schedule to the Producer to ensure all departments meet deadlines and stay within budget, and keep it constantly updated.

Coordinate with department heads and supervisors to ensure coordinators assign tasks to artists and plan their schedules, making sure work is well-balanced to optimize performance and aligned with each artist’s skillset and the production pipeline stages.
Create and maintain reports that clearly show productivity across departments and individual artists. Ensure the data is accurate and up to date, following the company’s methodology.
Oversee the coordinators’ floor rounds, engage with artists and production teams, and ensure all issues are addressed by liaising with producers and supervisors.
Anticipate potential production issues, proactively suggest solutions, and escalate concerns to the Producer as needed.
